Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the C & P Golf Academies website and booking service, operated by FRASER CRAMB, UNIPESSOAL LDA (NIPC 516208985), Rua Maria Helena Vieira da Silva, Lote 4, Apt 2B, Marina Village, 8600-780 Lagos, Portugal. By creating an account or booking a service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at admin.cpgolf@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

We offer golf lessons, custom club fittings, club repairs, lesson packages, and vouchers. Service descriptions, availability, and prices may change from time to time. Bookings are subject to coach availability.

To cancel or reschedule a lesson, contact the academy as early as you can. Cancellations and missed appointments are handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer online refunds; any adjustment is arranged directly with the academy.

Prices for lessons, packages, and other services are as agreed with the academy. Payment is arranged with us directly; the website is used to record and manage your bookings, packages, and payment status, not to take card payments.

Vouchers and lesson packages are non-refundable. A package or voucher does not expire unless an expiry date is shown at the time of purchase, in which case that date applies. Vouchers and packages are personal to you and may not be transferred or resold without our agreement.

Golf and golf coaching are physical activities that carry an inherent risk of injury. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk, and you should not take part if you have a medical condition that makes it unsafe to do so. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt it, or use it in a way that harms us or other users.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being misused. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of the Lagos / Faro district have jurisdiction. As a consumer, you may also refer a dispute to the competent consumer-arbitration centre for the Algarve, CIMAAL (Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo do Algarve), and you may use the Portuguese electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico) at livroreclamacoes.pt.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
