This website and the C & P Golf Academies booking service are operated by FRASER CRAMB, UNIPESSOAL LDA, a company registered in Portugal under NIPC 516208985, with registered office at Rua Maria Helena Vieira da Silva, Lote 4, Apt 2B, Marina Village, 8600-780 Lagos, Portugal. We trade as C & P Golf Academies and operate from Espiche Golf, Lagos, Algarve.

We are the data controller responsible for your personal data. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at admin.cpgolf@gmail.com.

• Account information: your full name, email address, and the password you set (stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider).
• Coaching information: the coach assigned to you, and your lesson and appointment history.
• Purchase records: lesson packages, vouchers, and payment status linked to your account.
• Technical data: limited log and device information (such as IP address and browser type) generated automatically, and strictly necessary cookies used to keep you signed in.

We do not intentionally collect special-category data, and we do not collect payment card numbers through this website.

• To create and manage your account and provide the booking service (performance of a contract).
• To schedule, confirm, change, or cancel lessons and send related service emails (performance of a contract).
• To keep records of payments, packages, and vouchers and issue invoices (compliance with a legal obligation under Portuguese tax and accounting law).
• To secure, maintain, and improve the service and prevent misuse (our legitimate interests).

We share data only with service providers that help us run the service, and with your assigned coach so they can deliver your lessons. Our providers are:

• Supabase: database, authentication, and file storage.
• Resend: sending transactional and service emails.
• Vercel: website hosting and content delivery.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Some providers may store or process data on servers outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Records we are legally required to retain, such as invoices and payment records, are kept for the period required by Portuguese law (generally up to 10 years). When data is no longer needed, we delete it. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email admin.cpgolf@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

We use only essential (strictly necessary) cookies required to run the site and keep you securely signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies, so we do not need your consent to use them. We do show a brief informational notice about our cookie use. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly create accounts for, or collect personal data from, anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
